Quiz Questions with Multiple Incorrect Customized Feedback Boxes

Probably the easiest way to do this if I understand you is to put actions on each radio button. When the user clicks the button, the action on the On Select/Change tab shows the feedback. If you have more than one thing to show, like a text block and an x or something, then you put those actions in a group and run that group from the On Select tab.
