Possible to remove pages from page count?

I'd like to remove the page counts. Unfortunately, again, I'm dealing with standards and guidelines that existed before I started working on the project :(I've been hard coding them. But they add to the total of the other pages in the chapter. It's this that I want to fix. I'll look at moving them into a separate chapter. Unfortunately, I already made a bunch of waves just by using multiple pages for the simulation rather than a bunch of 'shows' and 'hides'. Not looking forward to presenting them with another paradigm shift of moving things out of the linear heirarchy!Thanks for the advice.
