A Java applet builder sim to Lectora?

Having used Lectora for a few months, I came to really appreciate how it offered users the ability to build Javascript applets. Now, I'm in a new job where I'm no longer working on LMS related work, but would still like to use something like Lectora's drag-and-drop applet builder. The full cost of Lectora isn't really justifiable here given that I'd only be using a fraction of it's functionality. Is anyone familiar with something similar to Lectora's drag-and-drop javascript applet builder functionality?
