One mutiple choice answer automatically selects another

Greetings!

I'm a new Lectora (Inspire) user and have found this forum to answer nearly all of my question without even having to post a question. Thanks for all of your help!

The Lectora title that I've created includes a 14 question test at the end. The test is broken up into five sections and I have each section to randomize 2 questions for a total of 10. Every question works exactly as it should in the preview mode. However, I have a problem with the third question in section two once the title is placed on our LMS (Sum Total). It is a four answer multiple choice question. When I test the multiple choice question and select the correct answer (d) it also automatically selects option A.

In order to attempt to fix the problem, I deleted the question and added a new page and typed everything in so as to avoid copying and pasting the problem to the new question. This did not work as the correct answer also brings up option A.

Other than deleting the question in entirety, does anyone have a fix for my problem?
