On Show Action not working in EXE

I couldn't install SP5 (received a lot of errors) but I went ahead and reimported everything into a clean file. After a couple of hours of trying everything I went back to the questions themselves. The questions we had in the course were not in a test or test section. I put them in a test, submitted the score and now it works. I had it working without having them in a test before but it fixes the problem so that is good.
