Course with Flash has Adobe Flash Player 9.0.159.0 Issues

Has anyone experienced any issues with Flash Player 9.0.159.0 and Lectora published courses? We are using Adobe Captivate to record software simulations and then incorporating the .swf files inside our Lectora courses. We are also publishing small drag and drop interactions created in Flash CS3 and putting them in our Lectora courses. We are publishing to Scorm 1.2 and when we load the courses into our LMS (Learn.com) everything works except for the .swfs. We are trying to rule out that the Flash issues we are having our Lectora issues. Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas what to look at?
