Need display in larger window

We have a title with these dimensions: 1019 x 690.Students access the course through an intranet site. We need the course to display in an HTML window that can be maximzied/minimized. (The published course only allows for the window to be either minimized or closed.) Students can see their desktops behind the course. They also have to open an application during the course. They want to be able to 1)maximize the course window so they don't see the desktop behind and 2)be able to adjust the window size to suit their needs.Any ideas?Thanks.
