Blank Pages

I have a few pages with a lot of interaction on them. A lot of show/hides based on variables, etc. When I generate the course in HTML, the pages show up blank, with no navigation buttons. When I generate as an Executable file, the pages and content show up.What's the deal? I've had this happen in the same course on pages with just a simple question, and had to rebuild the page to get it to to work. These pages would require much more work, and I'd rather not.
