Matching Question Issues - Completely not working

I have been working on this for at least an hour, and I can't get it to work!!!

I have created a matching question three times before, no problem, in three different courses. However, on this one, when I run it in either Preview Mode or Run Mode, the question does NOT work. I click on the image in the left column - nothing. No "selection", no blue box around the image. Then I click on the image on the right - nothing. And no blue line connecting the image selected to the answer selected. So basically, it's just a bunch of images - no real question.

I've even gone back and looked at the other 3 courses that had the matching questions that worked to see if there was something checked, or unchecked, or something that I may have missed on this 4th one. Nothing looked different from what I can see. I even brought the question to the "top layer" in case something was blocking the blue lines from showing up, and that didn't do anything. Would anyone be able to help me figure out why this question isn't showing up? Thanks!
