"Stretching" Course to fill up Screen

Everytime we publish a course, we publish it to Single File Executable and have a computer room that employees come to take the class. However, when you pull it up on ANY computer, it is never full screen. For those of us who use PC’s, it’s centered in our screen, but it’s “small” and doesn’t stretch to all 4 corners, leaving a large area of the desktop all around it.The employee computers are different, because they are not PC’s, but smaller computers called “thin clients”. Our IT Department has helped us equip it to show the course and have sound and images play, but on the smaller thin clients, the employees have to actually scroll down on each page to read the entire thing. It can be a pain and very frustrating if they’re not familiar or comfortable with computers. Also, the typical box you use in the top right corner to expand is always grayed out, and you can not click on it, thus you can't expand the course window.From what I can see so far, it is not an issue with setting the desktop size in the computer settings.
