Hiding "next" button until task completed

I am working on a course where there will be audio on most pages (reading through the subject matter, or giving instructions on what to do on each page). For the first page (it's a welcome page), I would like to make it so that the employee can not advance to the next page until they have listened to the audio. The way it is set up - they must click on an image to start the audio, and hear their instructions. Once it's done, I would like them to THEN be able to click next. The reason is because we will have it pulled up in a computer lab for our employees, and people arrive at different times, so it doesn't make sense to have the audio play as soon as the course opens (because we open it for them ahead of time). I know how to prevent the button from appearing on pages where you're asking "Check my Answer" questions, but I can't really do that on the first page - they don't know anything yet!
