Manually upload to Review Link?

Can you manually upload to review link? When I publish to review link, I get an error saying "Error creating zip file. (This can be caused by a filename containing characters that are not supported by the codepage of your system)" so I have to manually zip the file. Can I manually upload to review link? I don't see that option. Thanks!
