Error about Email when Publishing to SCORM

Hi,
I am publishing to SCORM and must have the JavaScript Title Manager enabled.
I am getting an error that states, "One or more forms, tests or submit actions have theirr information submitted via EMail which is not supported using the JavaScript Title Manager. Either change the typr of submittal, or de-select the JavaScript Title Manager option."
So, I went through my course and deleted the buttons that required email submittal. I am still getting this error. I can't find any other buttons that as to submit via email! It is very frustrating! :mad:
Does anyone know of a way for me to quickly search through my course to find out specifically where this error is coming from?
