Mail To Function not working

We're new users of Lectora so this could very well be a user-error. From a course page we're listing an email address by which the user can simply click on and then shoot an email to that person. We created a transparent button and on the On Click tab, selected the Mail To action and then in the E-mail Address field, entered the correct email.When invoked, the function works, but prior to getting our Outlook email screen, we get the IE error ACTION CANCELLED. Then, after we SEND the email, we get the same message again. Again, the function works, but if this were to go into production it would obviously cause some problems.User error? Ideas?
