How to improve load time for .mpg files

We want to begin exploiting video and audio via our Lectora titles. We have a number of geographically dispersed users, all connected via T1 lines. When I've executed a course w/ audio and/or video, the sound and images work great, but they take a very, very long time to load. When I click on the Next Page button to go to a page that has audio/video on it, it can take minutes before the page is displayed. When I execute the audio or video on that page, it's almost instantaneous. Is there a way to prevent loading until execute time?Also, I've tried using the compression feature, but what happens is that the load occurs more quickly but the quality stinks. Any ideas would be appreciated.Thanks,Steve
