Reporting on "counter" values

We're creating a course that will be shown at our annual Kentucky State Fair. The "course" simply shows a map of the state with all 120 counties listed. Visitors will be able to click on their particular county and get insurance agent information as well as interesting facts about that county. The state fair draws tens of thousands of visitors each year and we want to be able to keep a record of how many visit our "course." What I can't figure out is how to get a report on the counter at the end of each day without human intervention. In other words, when the "course" is shut down each night, it would be nice to have a report generated that showed how many hits each county received. Setting up the counters is not a problem, but I don't see a variable or an action item that says something like "On Shutdown" launch xyz.Any ideas on how I could make this happen? Worse case, we could have someone look at the counters before closing the program, but the problem is that with the state fair running for 11 days, we're going to potentially have as many as 50 or 60 different volunteers working there on different shifts. And in addition, we're going to have at least 4 different computers running this program and stationed throughout the area.Thanks for any help.
