LMS Error

I know I should likely ask the people at my LMS this question (and I plan to), but I was hoping you folks might have a faster answer. I'm attaching a screenshot of the error message I'm getting upon completion of two different Lectora-made courses. When the course opens the last page, this error message pops up, and even though the course has been completed, the LMS doesn't mark it complete. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, and the LMS doesn't have a standard "completion state" that I need to set the variable to (I use Relias, which is technically content agnostic but it leans heavily towards Storyline).
