Linking to 2 titles from one Page

Is there a way to run from one page - 2 versions of the same title. For example, we have 2 separate training programs one in English and one in Spanish. Is there a way to create a page where you can either launch the Engish version or click to launch the Spanish version.Does the English and Spanish version need to be in one title ?
