Actions on Multimedia - On Done Commands

I have a training module where we are forcing people to listen/watch an entire video befor they can advance to the next slide. This training module will reside on an LMS in AICC format. I've put an on done command on the video to show the next button when the video is done playing. The on done commands do not work in the LMS. So then I created a modify variable on the On Done command where when the video was done playing it would change the variable and then show the Next Button. This does not work either. I put a timer on the video - after 6 minutes show the Next Button but if someone slides the controller forward they sit there for 6 minutes wondering what is wrong with their training module and why the next button isn't showing up. PLEASE help me figure out a good way to make the NEXT button inactive or hidden until the video is done playing so that it will work on an LMS in AICC format.
