Build Recommendation Page

How do I build a recommendation page from several questions placed through the training program. The recommendations are based off Yes/No answer. If Yes is selected then no recommendation is needed. If No is selected then I need to add 1 of 8 recommendations to a page. This needs to be done for 8 questions throughout the training.
