Lectora X problem with FLV's no longer pausing

I upgraded from .v9 to X and now - none of my flv's will pause. They worked great in .v9 and now I'm at a loss. Currently, I render the flv's from Adobe AfterEffects CS4 with a series of cue points in each video. My intention is to have the video stop at the last frame (marked with a cue point) and not rewind. That worked great in .v9. Now, I have several videos that no longer perform the way I intended. I'd sure love a solution - this is a big problem and directly effects the way I've built my course.....
