Lectora X problem with FLV's no longer pausing

After a call to the support folks and some experimentation I think I've got an answer to this - but would still like opinions. It appears that I was putting my last event cue point (which I called pause) on the last frame of the video. For some reason, that worked OK in .v9, but now, doesn't work in .vX. When I reopened the video and moved the cue point just a few frames away from the last frame, the pause action now works. This is frustrating because I'm still forced to reopen and rerender videos that worked fine before, however, this seems to be the answer to the problem.

Currently, I render the flv's from Adobe AfterEffects CS4 with a series of cue points in each video. My intention is to have the video stop at the last frame (marked with a cue point) and not rewind. That worked great in .v9. Now, I have several videos that no longer perform the way I intended. I'd sure love a solution - this is a big problem and directly effects the way I've built my course.....
