Hex custom color picker

I've mentioned this in other areas (and on calls) within the Lectora community - why is there still no HEX color codes in in the custom color selector?
It's kinda' a web standard and dates back to 1999. There's even wish requests for it to be included in a Lectora update going back to 2013!

@web-foley We've certainly heard loud and clear how much color matters to Lectora users, and color and style enhancements are on our product roadmap. Thank you for elevating this issue.
