Custom Metadata on Image disables 'My Pictures Image Toolbar' for IE6

One of many downsides to IE6 was that 'My Pictures Image Toolbar' (from the My Pictures Photo Support) that appears on IE (pre IE7) - when the mouse is static over an image larger then 130 pixels wide by 130 high.... the stupid icons for 'save', print' etc... Currently on my project it is appearing over background image and is covering the title text that sits on top of that image (and elsewhere).

I am unfamiliar with the 'Custom Metadata' options for 'Image Properties' and wanted to know if there was a way to impliment this metadata to fix my problem.
Any Suggestions???
