HELP! Trigger Completion Status with course that does not have a quiz

I would check with the LMS tech support and see what value they look for to register a completion. Some use completed, while others use complete, or others use C, or passed.
With the actions you have listed, the value is getting sent to the LMS, but the LMS probably doesn't know what to do with it.
