Firefox Vs Explorer

Hello EveryoneI been posting like crazy for the past 2 days, I have a deadline and the problems keep on coming.. the question of the day is :I have been testing on an LMS using firefox2.0 and 3.0 as browser and everything works I get scores completed status and is very smooth to click trough the material.But when I go and try to test on Explorer 6 I don’t get scores and is very difficult to click through it (almost impossible) does anyone know why ?? I’m going insane
