Export to Word Does Not Export Images

Hello Friends,
That's it, as the title says... why does the export to Word doesn't export images I have on the pages? Anyone? Thank you all so much for your insight.

Very annoying. Our old version of Lectora would export the picture and text into Word. Now, just the text.
