Scoring Issue with Saba LMS

I have Saba LMS. When I attached the SCORM 1.2 course from Snap to the LMS, the LMS is somehow seeing 75% as the default passing grade even though we had set the default passing grade to 20% in Snap quiz option.
I believe somewhere in the published SCORM files, it still has 75%... I just can’t locate it. Does anyone have any suggestions has to where I should try to find the 75%? I’ve tried just about all the files and did a Ctrl F and find 75 with no success.
