Errors posting test results to CGI

Hello all and thanks in advance for any help. I am working with Lectora Inspire creating an exam that our customer will process with cold fusion. I have the results set to 'Submit test to CGI program' and set the results to '../../../finishtest.cfm' which is what our customer provided, but they report that the score is not being passed along. I did a mini version of the test to test on my end, changed the CGI results to email, and when I work through in debug mode I get an email with the results but when I publish to HTML I get nothing (my done button does absolutely nothing). When I run the customer's test through the debug mode, I get an error at the end that says "connection to [file name here] failed" which I kind of expected since I'm not on the same server with them. Any thoughts?

Also, they say the name of the test is not populating in their certificate they have created. Is there a way to set a new variable (the name they want it to be) with the test name?
