Copying Buttons then Modifying

I have found that if I copy buttons that I've made with the button wizard from one page to the next, when I modify those newly placed buttons (changing size or text size or color) then those changes also show on the buttons I copied from (especially when changing text size or button size). Is there a way to make the new buttons independent from the ones copied from so I can change them and not affect the original buttons?

Or maybe there is a better solution. I have an org chart that I need to highlight different areas on. I'd thought of just building it all on one page and adding actions to hide certain things, but the intro text box is a different size for each unit, and some pages only use a portion of the org chart, so I have to adjust my org chart size accordingly to get it to fit on the page. This gets quite painful recreating all the boxes over and over. Thoughts?
