Error reading resource to add to single file image

What does that mean? "Error reading resource to add to single file image"
I try publishing to Single file executable and it runs until about halfway through and gives me that error message. It doesn't help! Why doesn't it tell me what the problem is specifically so I can fix it?
The weirdest thing is that I have 3 classes that have been compeleted and already published for over a year. Each week, we hold the class, I go in to our computer lab and pull it up. The class is saved on our network and has never been a problem. I have not touched the course or this folder since they were published.
So today, I go to open the folders, and ALL my published courses were gone. My co-workers did not delete them, as 1) they know better and 2) they are not technically savvy enough to know what to delete, even if they wanted to.
Then, I went to go and re-publish them back onto our network, and I keep getting the error above. It's extremely frustrating, especially considering that the classes were there and working fine this morning, and are gone this afternoon, AND the fact that we are having one of those classes tomorrow!
Can anyone help?!?!?!? ASAP!?!?!?!?!
