Drop Down List

Hi,
I'm trying to create a drop down list. This list would contain for example 23 position titles. When I select a position it will go to another window which will have information about the position. I don't want to use a drop down menu because it takes up my entire page.
I've created several actions on the drop down called GoTo but whatever position I select it goes to the same page.
Any of your wisdom would be much appreciated.
