Different computers - Title smashed

When I view my coworkers Lectora title the text boxes do not show all of the text. Things overlap so you can't see other items and everything looks scrunched (pushed together).
When she shows me what she has on her computer, it looks fine.
Why would this happen? Versions are the same.
Resolution? OS?

What Lectora version ? Only difference i noticed before was with Macs and PCs...

We are both using 17.1.7. I asked for another person to try it and theirs looked the same as mine but we both are windows 8.
I keep thinking that it must be that she is on Windows 10. Everything else is the same. I still have not heard anything from Trivantis support ticket. They just sent me my own email back.....?
