TOTAL TIME IN COURSE

I am trying to submit to the State for funding and one of the criteria is that they need to be in the course for at least 30 minutes.
I see in the transcripts that the total time is there but for some reason it is not updating correctly. I had the student log back into the course and retake it when the total time was not enough for the funding. After he was finished I went back in and the total time did not change.
AAAAAAh!Now what?

I'll ask my colleague is they have advice for you. I'm not thinking of anything off the top of my head other then a disconnect in the JS file that speaks with the LMS. If that's the case then the Support team would be able to better assist you.
