Personal Curriculum and Course Info

How are people using the Personal, Curriculum, and Course Info areas of the Organization. We currently have an HRIS system so we are keeping personal information out of CM. I am thinking that it would be a good place to be able to put previous training but I am not sure how this works and I can't find anything in the Links.

If it is similar to the SubOrg in how it functions then maybe it would not work.

If that is the case, then I would be interested in how others:

  1. Use the information areas
  2. Record outside or previous training records in CM
