Why can't they see html video?

Nope, tried it. Everything is seemingly fine, I publish and then try to run it and there is no video. The arrow is there to play, but I have it auto start. You click the play button and it turns into a Pause and there is nothing, no sound, no picture, no timing, no movement on the bar. I think this is a dying ship. The only other thing besides the flash player is the rendering of the file in the first place. Is there a "special" way to generate your videos? Ours are generally homemade.
