Did anyone else lose Flypaper with the install of v12?

I opened a ticket for this with Trivantis Support....but thought I should put it out there. I don't use Flypaper that often, but wanted to use it yesterday. It is a missing app from my computer. I have an updated Camtasia and SnagIt - but it blew up my Flypaper.

Support ticket number is 108941, 109156 and 109160. Tech Support told me to do a custom install of Flypaper only. So I now have Flypaper, but have lost the Flypaper icon (it is now the icon used when there is no program on your computer). In addition, it messed up my registration for Lectora - and I can't re-register because the registration is already in use.
Once again, #v12sucks is the hashtag that applies.
Ugh.
What ended up happening with your issue? How was it resolved?
I had the same issue. Nobody mentioned that Flypaper was no longer included with the upgrade. At my company we need Flypaper because we use it a lot within our courses. So I went back to using 11 and I had to reinstall flypaper. I have the license # but now I can't validate Flypaper because guess what? The company no longer exists!!! And nobody can seem to help me get it validated. I feel I got screwed in this whole process. SMH
Sorry for the late reply, @kobe386 Don't remember exactly what I did...but open a support ticket. Whatever I did, worked. Just opened my Flypaper application manually (not through Lectora)...and everything looks good.
