Publishing an old Lectora Professional Edition course with new Lectora 11.2

Has anyone opened up an old (meaning, an old version of Lectora) course, updated it and republished it using Lectora 11.2? I had an old course that was created using Lectora Professional edition, which had scenario based interactions, moving items using actions, timed movements, etc.... It was originally published as an .exe. I had to change one of the pdf's, so I opened it in Lectora Inspire 11.2, changed the pdf and published as .exe. Assumed all was well.....but all of the actions, etc are now slow, almost as if the page functions differently now. It is terrible. Seems as though the page has to refresh each time and has a really slow brain...where, in my old version of Lectora, that was not the case (or it was so fast that I never noticed).
Has anyone encountered this? What is the deal? What was your workaround? Thankfully, I still had the old version of Lectora, so I just opened it with the old Lectora, fixed it and republished...and it worked beautifully. But that defeats the purpose of upgrading.

Just a thought, but did the Speed on any of the transitions or Move actions change at all? Were you using delays on actions and did those stay the same?
We are experiencing the same issue here. We have upgraded from version 9.3 to 11.2 looking for more productivity and features but found out that the speed graphics are displayed has become unacceptably slow. The suppport guys say this is due to a new image handling tool Microsoft has imposed and that there is no workaround.
Were you able to solve/improve this?
No. Executables are horrible....even when building a new one. Root level images are super-slow to load, even in newly built courses.
I did, however, fix my old course by opening up the old version of Lectora (which, thankfully, I did not get rid of), updating the PDF and republishing. And it opens fine. So I find it hard to believe that it isn't something with the new version of Lectora. Maybe there is some new functionality with Microsoft...but, if the old version publishes an executable fine, shouldn't the new version as well????
Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance - but if you figure something out, let me know!
Well, executables are still pretty bad...but I have found something that helps the screen load time. I still get a flicker - but it is not as bad as the ugly load that I was getting before.
On all of the items that load when the page loads, give them a transition of "Appear". It defaults to "None". This will make all of the items "appear" at the same time - so you don't get that staggered load of images on page show.
Now, my gripe - I wish this was at the Chapter/Section or Page level. It is not. So, you have to go to each Group/image/whatever, and set the transition in manually.
It's a pain...but it helps a little.
