Course hangs after feedback problem

I've just downloaded and installed SP3a, however when I installed it I got a lot of messages saying old file not found, patch not installed. I tried publishing my course and seeing if the results page would display but no dice. Unless the patches which weren't installed contained the fix, it didn't work for me!
