I need the help of the great Lectora minds once again. Here's what I've done this time:Goal: To have an entry field where course takers can type questions and click a "Send" button, and the question will auto-populate an e-mail in our e-mail client, ready to send (Lotus Notes). [it would be nice if the user never saw anything, or had to click "Send" in Lotus, but I haven't figured that much out yet).1st attempt: I created a text entry field and a form that submitted to the e-mail addresses that I wanted. It works great in preview mode, doesn't work once published to AICC and uploaded to the LMS server. I've read some posts around here and figured out that that much is caused by server security settings and port 25. Since I'm not going to be able to get our IS team to change the settings, me thinks I'll go another route.Thoughts for a 2nd attempt:I thought about creating a fancy e-mail link through the use of variables. For example, user types in, "I want to know more about this particular sub-topic" and clicks send. I was thinking that maybe through a string of variables, I could get something that looks like this:THIS IS WHERE THE SEND BUTTON GRAPHIC WOULD GOOkay, so maybe that's too ellaborate with all the hex code, etc. I'm not sure. I just need a way for something entered into a text entry box to be submitted to an e-mail address. Help!!!!
