Rach,In order to keep your IT people happy there are a few more things that you can do.Make all of your audio MONOReduce audio quality to lowest acceptable bitrate (16kbps)Use custom Flash Size and Quality in your publishThe last item gives you lots of control over compression. I suggest that you do the following:Turn on Advance Project CompressionReduce Frames per Second to 20 or 25 (experiment with your content)Compress compiled SWFCompress Full Motion RecordingDo not publish Adobe Connect Pro dataSet BMP quality to Low (8 bit)Reduce JPEG quality to around 50% (experiment with your project)If you can publish for Flash Player 9, then this may help reduce size too. Finally, in the library (Ctrl+Alt+L) select the unused items(doc with a magnet) and delete them, removing things that were edited but not used.Doing this lot, a 5 minute interactive IT system tutorial, with voiceover, should come in at under 2 meg, which should keep your IT people very happy.I hope this helps, even if it's nothing to do with Lectora.Cheers,David
