Can swf files cause lock up?

I have a course built in SABA Publisher 4.1 and published in SCORM 1.2. Within the course are several content pages that contain simple swf movies e.g. text fading in, images show/hide etc. - small files, nothing sophisticated. At the end of the course, after a final test is scored and the results are to be passed back to the LMS, a "congratulations" page appears and the user is to click the exit button to close the window. There is no hard coding in the course, everthing is created within the actions of SABA Publisher. On occasion - not every time - the course hangs and the window that the LMS displays the course in will not close. SABA is the LMS. My client's SABA consultants are speculating that the client side jvm is locking up on its final clean-up processing and that the use of Flash movies in Publisher content seems to increase the incident of this happening. It is not an easily reproduced error (which points to environmental factors).Has anyone else experienced problems similar to this, or any situations where it has been determined that swf files have not been compatible with SABA Publisher or Lectora? Thanks for any response.Edited By: GruntBro on 38467.8196296296
