Buttons Disappearing

Apparently it's only happening during run mode in Lectora. I published the page as HTML and the buttons worked fine.Correction: it's now happening in both the source file and the published html file. It's random so now I don't know what to do. I've cleared cookies and it's happened on other people's machines.
