Issues with Lectora Enterprise VX.4 when files reside on other drive

It appears that I am having some problems with the latest upgrade of Enterprise Edition, X.4. Ever since the upgrade, I was experiencing odd issues, crashing and problems publishing. I narrowed the problem down to it doesnt like the fact that my Programs reside on my C drive, while my working documents reside on my E drive (although I have always had this type of set up).
At the same time as the Lectora upgrade, I had upgraded my operating system from XP to WIndows 7. Finally I just reverted back to XP, and now its working fine again.
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this?
