Need HACP AICC publishing info

I am being asked by one of my clients to publish courses to "HACP" AICC, rather than just AICC as we usuallly do for their Learn.com LMS. Apparently, HACP allows this client to let other companies tap into the courses on their Learn.com LMS and offer them via their own LMS. I would appreciate any information on how to achieve this when publishing Lectora courses to AICC.
