Browser issues

Hi all
I've just updated my Lectora Inspire to v17.1.5, although I was reluctant to do so, but I thought it might help solve a problem I'm having with my published content (it hasn't).
My course is published to HTML and works well in Edge, but in Chrome, the TOCs are blank, and in IE, nothing works.
They all work fine when I use the Lectora Preview in web mode, selecting each of the browser options.
Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.
Cheers
Amanda

Obvious suggestion: revert to version 17.0.6, the last stable version.
Turn off Seamless Play (if you were using it)?
Turn on Debug mode and see what the problem is?
View source and see if there are obvious problems?
Contact Trivantis support?
Looks like Trivantis is now only letting you download the broken 17.1. You might contact their support to request the last working version, 17.0.
Thanks @CarlFink I'll give those suggestions a go.
In fact you have to download all of them down to 17.0.1 or so and then go patch after patch.
If you skip a step you might think you patched it, but when you check your version you still have the old one.
Due to this i saved all patches and downloads separately so if needed i can go back to 17.0 and patch till the version i want ( 17.0.6 )
Here are the 17.0.6 download links

http://lectora.edgesuite.net/product-uploads/Installer/v17.0.6/Publisher_Install_v17.0.6.exe
Any idea on where to find the 17.0.6 installation files? Dowloads page only has it as a patch, not a full install
@support...17.1.5 indeed only shows a white screen on IE11. Firefox and Chrome works well. As some others already said... 17.0.6 was the latest stable version. After that one after the other patch only were buggy in one or another way!
Thanks @mnotermans5114 I'll try reverting.
It makes me question why we pay maintenance each year. Unless I'm missing something, it seems best to hold off on upgrading to newer releases, otherwise we're paying for the privilege of testing the software.
Cheers

I had a member of development try to reproduce the issue and he was unsuccessful. Can you provide me with some more details about your course/computer/browser?
What operating system are you running?
Do you have Seamless play turned on?
Do you have accessibility turned on?
Is your course set to SCORM/AICC compliant?
Do you have any custom scripts in your course?
What options do you have turned on for your TOC? Frame/Outline? Color? Custom font? Verticle or Horizontal?
What version of each browser is and isn't showing you the issue?
A sample of the title may speed along the process if you're able to share it.

Hi @jvalley4735
Thanks for your message. I've reverted back to Inspire v17.06 now and have published the course again. It does appear to have fixed the TOC issue, as I can now see these in Chrome and IE. Looks like I need to apply all the patches to go back to v17.1.5 so I won't be doing that until I have a bit more time.
Regarding your other questions:
What operating system are you running? windows 10
Do you have Seamless play turned on? yes - I'm stuck with this turned on because if I turn it off, then the full screen icon does not appear for Vimeo videos.
Do you have accessibility turned on? no
Is your course set to SCORM/AICC compliant? no
Do you have any custom scripts in your course? no
What options do you have turned on for your TOC?
-Frame/Outline? Frameless
-Color? one with a transparent background and one with a white background
-Custom font? Open Sans
-Verticle or Horizontal? No, but is that option available? I thought that was just for Menu objects.
What version of each browser is and isn’t showing you the issue? Chrome Version 68.0.3440.106 ; IE v11.54716299.0
A sample of the title may speed along the process if you’re able to share it. I'm using a standard Lectora TOC element.
If you have not done so already, please open a support case regarding this issue and provide a reference to this post or all the information I requested.
Ok, Jennifer. I've done that now.
Thanks
Amanda
