TOC disappears in ReviewLink

I'm using Lectora Inspire 17.1.1 and have tried publishing to ReviewLink, but my TOC style menus have disappeared. When I publish the same content to html, the TOCs are visible and work perfectly.
This has only happened with recent publishing, so I am unsure if this is due to a change in Lectora or ReviewLink.
Has anyone had any similar experiences?

Try publishing with "Publish for Seamless Play" deselected. That worked for my Date Picker/Calendar. Good Luck
I have the same issue with a Date Picker. The original worked back in Lectora 16 and on ReviewLink. After updating to Lectora 17, it quit working. After working with Darrel Somoza, it works everywhere else except ReviewLink.
