Best Practices for Audio/Video Actions in Lectora

Hello all-
I am willing to put together some sort of cheat sheet or screenr video to help with all of the audio/video actions issues with different browsers. I am hoping that people can contribute their best practices to get these things to work properly in various browsers.
For example, I have had many audio situations where the onDonePlaying action doesn't work in IE but does in Firefox. And onShow with a delay sometimes works but not always again depending on which browser I am testing in. Also, auto starting audio seems to work if you have one audio event on a page but if you add more, it starts to break down.
Please contribute your recommendations for work-arounds for this and I will put something together so we can all benefit!
