Automate XML for Import into Lectora

I am investigating the feasibility of automating course development. The process would be something like this:SME to key content into a web-based form (fill-in-the blank - eliminates need to interact with authoring tool)Web-based form will guide SME's through a pre-defined process in order to capture content that meets our requirements for our course templateFrom the web-based system - we export the content as XML - customized to match our course template in LectoraFor each course that is developed - we launch Lectora - import the XML - Save the new AWT fileEdit as required - as there will always be exceptionsHas anyone done this? Any advice or suggestions?Thanks!
