Window sizing issue in LMS

I'm new to Lectora and have created a view courses. I previewed them and published to CD to check the look and feel. Now when I uploaded the course to our LMS (PeopleSoft ELM) and test the course - the course is left justified (like in the title settings) but there is a huge white space to the right (it looks lop-sided). I am using the Lectora default setting of 785 x 600 and Left justified. Is there a better setting? How can I get rid of the additional space to the right?
